This is a standard, detailed inspection of the interior, exterior, kitchen and laundry appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, site, foundation, fireplace and roof. This service is essential before buying a home.

This Inspection focuses on the four points: HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roof. This service is usually requested by your insurance company.

This is a great additional service if the property has a pool/spa present. This will provide you with a good insight on the overall functionality and condition of the swimming pool and its components.

IPI employee's are interNACHI certified wind mitigation inspectors. Don't forget to ask about our wind mitigation and 4-point inspection package to save yourself some money.

Both old and new homes are susceptible to wood destroying organisms and foundation repairs can be extremely costly for a homeowner. This inspection report will provide the client with a legal document stating whether there was any activity of wood destroying organisms present or any previous treatment noted during the time of the inspection.

Worried about whether your home or home to be may have mold present? Mold can cause a variety of issues such as fowl odors, allergies, and can even eat away at the structural components of the home. IPI offers both limited and complete mold inspections (for more info call/message us). Reports will be sent out once we receive the lab results from our testing samples.
